Shipping charges are $2 per item within the U.S. only (foreign customers please see below). I do not charge handling or packing fees. Buyer is responsible for return first class postal charges.

Note that when ordering a pendant, you must select the length (in inches) of neck-cord you prefer before it can be added to your cart. Sterling chains seen in some pendants photos are for illustration only and are not included with your piece; you will generally receive either a leather or synthetic round 2 mm or 3 mm brown or black neck-cord.
Due to variations in monitors and browsers, colors seen in photos may vary. I photograph pieces under natural daylight and try to illustrate the actual color as closely as possible, however particularly with silver and other highly reflective metals, images may record various reflections. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY for my view of each item’s appearance to the naked eye – and feel free to email me for my opinion of an item’s color – especially if color is your primary reason for purchasing any item.
Just as your hair color will change over your lifetime, an oxidized patina applied to some pieces in my shop can’t be expected to remain unchanged forever – even where I state that they have been coated with a protective sealant. Presuming that you wear the piece often, eventually the protective coating will wear off, which will allow the piece to oxidize naturally.

Internationally, I ship ONLY via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Package International Service which includes tracking to some cooperating foreign postal services. Per the USPS website: https://about.usps.com/news/national-releases/2013/fs-free-online-tracking.htm “The free online tracking feature is available for these items sent to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.”
Please note that due to Germany’s onerous packaging laws, I no longer ship to Germany.
Shipping to Canada is US$14.85 for the first item; and US$1 each for additional item.
Shipping to foreign countries other than Canada is US$17.40 for the first item; and US$2 each for additional item.
I do not charge handling or packing fees. Your piece will be shipped in a small box – not in a bubble envelope. This does increase shipping cost somewhat, but provides better protection in transit.
I generally do not accept custom orders, but depending on the item, I may. Please ask if seriously interested.
