Returns and Refund Policy

Please contact me if you are less than delighted with your handmade piece – and you wish to return it for a refund.

Your purchase price of the item only may be refunded. Please note that charges for original shipping to you are not refundable; nor are any import/duty/customs/VAT or other fees that may have been required in your country.

Return the piece in its original undamaged condition and provide return shipping tracking number. At your cost, insure the item for its full value and ship via your country’s First-Class Postal Service with Tracking Information to:, 68845 Perez Rd, Suite H6, Cathedral City, CA 92234 USA. You will be notified when your returned item has been received.

When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although refunds should be processed promptly, please allow at least five business days to receive your refund.
